The New York Breakdancers Project is work-in-progress and means a collaboration with 6 New York Breakdancers groups. It started in september 2007. Up to now the result is a series of portraits and moves. The breakdancers on the other hand got CDs with photos of their performing. Breakdancing means for the young guys from the Bronx, Harlem or Brooklyn not only selfexpression but also a good chance to earn money. Other service for the six groups are posters and logos they can use for promotion. In 2011 the project ended with the publishing the book Breakin' the city.
